Read some of the bad reviews on here and expected the worse.
So thought I would share my experiance.
My trainers turned up today, correct size and I’m happy with them.
They took a little longer to arrive than the estimated delivery, but only by a day or two, as they are travelling from Spain this is to be expected.
I understand some people have had a bad experience, but in my case I can’t fault runnerin.

£12 to return One item!

Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. The wrong size arrived and it costs £12 to return.

Disgusting.

Great choice and prices! Fast shipping. This is the third time I ordered from Runerinn, and would do it again.

I received my ASICS Scout 2 Trail Running shoes in a reasonable delivery time :)

The price for the shoes were very cheap comparing to what other shops on the web take for them including delivery costs.

The shoes fit perfectly even though you read on the web that ASICS shoes are small in size?! Not for my feets! I got size EU 39,5 - US 8

Quick shipping, goods as they should be, 100% OK.

I returned a pair of running shoes and the whole experience was a nightmare. They charged me 11 pounds for the return postage and I have not been refunded. Trying to log a query is impossible and the responses are always in Spanish.

Paid load of shipping fees and tracking says it has been delivered at 1am local time on 22/04/23 and it is no where to be seen.

Beware this may be a scam website. Would like and update or refund for a product I have not received.

Great products in good prices! Unfortunately every order i have done needs about a month for shipping to Greece....

Prices were good and nice selection of trainers. Very smooth process, able to see order tracking throughout all stages and arrived on schedule. Would happily order again from Runner Inn.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - COMPLETE RIP OFF.
Ordered two pairs of shoes but still had no dispatch 3 weeks later and no update. Contacted them and they said one item wasn't in the warehouse so neither had been dispatched. If I wanted the item in stock I should cancel the other one and they would send that one out. In the mean time I really needed the shoes so ordered from sportshoes.com the same day I cancelled the order. Sportshoes order arrived 2 days before runnerinn ones and I kept them. Went to return ONE pair of shoes to runnerinn and the charge is £11.99. It cost me £3.99 to return FIVE pairs to sportshoes. Contacted customer services again to say surely it wasn't right and they replied with some stock answer that didn't remotely reference my questions or situation and didn't help at all. Will never be using again.

Placed order for salomon trainers the colour states magnet/stromy weather and white they arrived and they are brown grey white false advertising and the picture does not show you the correct colours it all looks grey so very annoying waste of £118 reference number16245256
